I recently saw Guru. I know it’s late, but i think i can say “Better late, than never”

A top class movie. Bhai, Desi filmo ke top star Abhishek Bachchan ne kamaal kar diye. Such a versatile actor. I personally think, that Abhishek has just one competition. His father, Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. This movie will take him 1+ from his father . Superb is the keyword here.
And those people haven’t seen it, please do so as soon as possible. This is one superhit movie. I have heard that it is based on legendary businessman Lt. Dhirubhai Ambani’s life. If that is so, i must say, Dhirubhai was a great man ! All respects.

Jim Carrey says he and his lady love, Jenny McCarthy, aren’t planning to get married. “No, we’re never getting married, but we’re never getting divorced, which is fantastic,” said the 45-year-old actor.

And i won’t believe if you say that you don’t know who Jenny McCarthy is. She is a hottie. A playboy playmate. And now the so called Jim Carrey’s wife…or friend. God knows what relation is this.

Carrey and McCarthy, 34, went public with their romance last year. “She’s just a wonderful lady and much deeper than she’s ever received credit for, and I’m very excited about her future,” he says of the former Playboy playmate, who got her big break in the mid-`90s as a co-host on MTV’s “Singled Out.”

When asked whether their relationship would have worked years ago, Carrey says, “No, not at all. I went through a lot of relationships that I believe were meant to define what I don’t want in another person and in myself, and it refocused me on what I do want.”

Boy, what a message India played today. The match took place at Vadodara. The 4th ODI between India and West Indies. After looking at the great performance by India in today’s match, DesiBaba couldn’t resis writing about our Indian Heroes.

The team performance is the keyword. Whole of the team contributed to India’s win here at Vadodara. The best part was Sachin Tendulkar back in form with a ever so wonderful century just off 76 balls. No wonder he was man of the match. Truly and well deserved

Ajit Agarkar, and ever reliable Anil Kumble with their bowling. Sachin, Saurav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid, Robin and Dhoni with their bats. And Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina with their fielding, everyone contributed towards this great win

With a solid win under their belt, we are sure they will do well against upcoming Sri Lankan series as well.

But the thing is, among the likes of Australia and New Zealand, what do you think about India’s chances for the world cup winners. I think if this is how they are gonna play all matches, they have a great chance. DesiBaba would definitely like to know about what you think.

The Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty was last night voted the winner of Celebrity Big Brother. The 31-year-old Indian actress was the firm favorite to win the contest, considered the most controversial in the show’s history after she became the victim of alleged racist bullying by fellow contestant Jade Goody.

This was the Indian beauty had to say after winning the Celebrity Big Brother contest.

“I can’t believe it. I don’t want to sound clichéd but it’s truly been quite a rollercoaster…the highs, the lows, and each one has taught me so much.”

When asked about Jade Goody and the racist comments, Shilpa Shetty said ” I can say one thing for sure. Jade didn’t mean to be racist. She isn’t a racist. I really don’t want to leave England putting anyone in trouble. This country has given me so much.”I just want to thank all of Great Britain for giving me this fantastic opportunity to make my country proud.”

She really did make India proud of her. Well done Shilpa.

On the other hand, in the Indian version of Celebrity Big Brother, and the much popular show now, The Bigg Boss, Rahul Roy emerged as its surprise winner. Ravi Kissen’s eviction, out of the final three i.e. Rahul, Ravi and Carol, came as a surprise for all as he was the hot favorite contestant to win.

The night surely belonged to Rahul Roy. Bigg Boss has done those miracles for Rahul Roy, which he could not even achieve after 17 years of struggle in the industry. However most importantly we should not forget the prize money of Rs 5 million. Congratulation to Rahul Roy.!!!

Well done Rahul Roy. You deserved every bit of it. Party Hard!!!!
