This mini new greeny and earth friendly PC by DELL looks pretty sleek. It would be good if it was green but black is an alright color since the keyboard looks pretty sleek too. Its supposed to be 70% less energy-consuming and 81% smaller than a mini tower sized PC.

“I think it’s the right thing to do,” said Michael Dell. “These are important issues. When you think about our industry, we produce 260 million computers a year. There’s a responsibility that comes with that.”

Its noted that Dell said the company will invest more in technology to reduce its energy consumption and participate in programs such as efforts to plant more trees. In fact, Dell is expanding its “Plant a Tree for Me” program for private consumers to “Plant a Forest for Me,” for companies buying in bulk.

It comes in recycled and recyclable packaging, (duh) and lets hope it’s friendly to consumer pockets too.

We at Desibaba love this new car from Maruti Udyog Ltd which has been named as Maruti Swift Dzire. It’s a Maruti’s new car in sedan segment, replacing the 14 year old and very famous Maruti Esteem. You heard that right. Maruti Esteem will no more be available in the Indian market as the company has retired it’s production after a long served 14 years.

Anyways, the new sedan excitement is the Maruti Swift Desire which is a better version or a sedan version of Maruti Swift. Maruti Swift has already won heart of many and has been dominating the small car segment market in the recent year. We at Desibaba, do not expect anything different for Maruti Swift Dzire. It looks different than many, and has features good enough to make it a hot selling car in India, at least in the same sedan segment and it’s class.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire comes in both petrol and diesel segment. But unlike many in the same segment of cars, Maruti Swift Dzire offers luxury feature options like integrated stereo, steering mounted audio controls, automatic climate control and power windows. It also comes with safety features like Dual Airbags, ABS with EDB, collapsible steering column and an i-CATS anti-theft facility. Many of these features are being offered for the first time in this segment.

The petrol version of DZire comes with a 1.3 litre, 16 valve, ALTec 32 engine, with a maximum 87 bhp at 6000 rpm. The diesel version comes with the 1.3 litre DDiS engine, offering a torque of 190 Nm at 2000 rpm.

DZire is offered in seven colors: Arctic White, Silky Silver, Clear Beige, Midnight Black, Bright Red, Azure Gray and Sovereign Blue.

It seems like Bebo and Chhote Nawab, who made their relationship public last year, can’t wait to any longer to get together and their wedding could take place after the release of Tashan on April 25.

“Yes, I am going to get married very soon. Initially, Saif and I thought of giving our relationship some time before we get married. But now I don’t think either of us can wait any longer. So may be, post the release of Tashan this month, you all can see us wedded,” she told the press.

Bebo also refuted the rumours of their secret marriage saying, “Geeting married secretly was just a silly rumour. Why would I hide if I had gotten married? That would be the day for me. Only I know how I’m looking forward to it.”

Incidentally, it was on the sets of Tashan that the two fell in love. To prove his prove Saif even got her name tattooed on his arm.

“It’s true, we came closer on sets of Tashan and that’s the reason it will always be close to my heart. It was during this time that, Saif took me out for a candlelit dinner and proposed to me. By then I was too much in love with him to have said no,” told Kareena.

So will she continue working in films or take a long sabbatical like her contemporaries?

“Why would I stop working after marriage,” she asks. “Today I’ve already reached the Rs 3.5 crore package and I hope to work and earn more in the coming years. In fact I already have some big projects in hand which are slated to release by the year-end.”

But will Bebo keep her words this time? Let’s wait and watch.

A new movie by Yash Raj Productions, called “Tashan”

Looks to be a good movie from the trailer. I think it’s a must go kinda film. The movie stars Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. Maybe there are few more actors that i don’t know about!
